Pork tenderloins (120 to 130 g each)

Thin slices Italissima prosciutto

Egg, lightly beaten

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200ÂșC. Wrap each tenderloin with a slice of prosciutto., roll in the egg and then add in the grated Parmigiano-Reggiano.
Place the tenderloins in a buttered baking dish and dot with more butter. Bake for no more than 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
