Ingredients
  • 80grams Italissima Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated
  • 4 Pork tenderloins (120 to 130 g each)
  • 4 Thin slices Italissima prosciutto
  • 1 Egg, lightly beaten
  • 1tbsp Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200ÂșC. Wrap each tenderloin with a slice of prosciutto., roll in the egg and then add in the grated Parmigiano-Reggiano.
  2. Place the tenderloins in a buttered baking dish and dot with more butter. Bake for no more than 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
