Ingredients
- 80 grams Italissima Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated
- 4 Pork tenderloins (120 to 130 g each)
- 4 Thin slices Italissima prosciutto
- 1 Egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200ÂșC. Wrap each tenderloin with a slice of prosciutto., roll in the egg and then add in the grated Parmigiano-Reggiano.
Place the tenderloins in a buttered baking dish and dot with more butter. Bake for no more than 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
